Roxy is an incredible person for sharing her organisation skills and enthusiasm with those of us lost in chaos. She works methodically and kept me on track when I felt overwhelmed, listening empathetically to the stories behind items I was letting go. It was a cathartic and really enjoyable experience which got easier as the weeks went on. I was constantly amazed at the progress we made together and the volume leaving my house each day – I could never have done it without her help. Roxy works with integrity & respect and continued making great progress on occasions I had to take a call/leave the house. A huge benefit of using Roxy’s service is that she took a car-load away every day and redistributed items to those in need. She is very well connected to the Baby Bank, food bank, charity shops etc which made it easier to part with things, and she also listed some more valuable items for me to sell online. Being eco-conscious, I really loved how Roxy made use of items I already had (my vast cardboard box hoard & fruit cartons etc) to create simple storage solutions rather than filling my house with new plastic containers. She also measured, researched and sent me links for more aesthetic storage options in my ‘new’ bedroom.

I can’t thank Roxy enough for giving me my life back! I feel so much more at peace – everything has a place and is easier to keep clean, I can find what I need and have time to relax and enjoy hobbies again. I have even gained extra usable space now my loft is well organised and not crammed full of boxes. The cherry on top is the positive impact Roxy has had on my children’s lives – they are really benefitting from the house being tidy and now take pride in putting things away in their labelled places and inviting friends in. They haven’t actually met Roxy yet but have learned so much from her involving them in the process & giving them control over their things rather than just taking them away.

Roxy is an absolute decluttering wizard and workhorse. She came to my house to sort out my loft area – a job which would have taken up months of weekend time for me.  I’m so glad I decided to get her in and tackle that job off my hands. She got to work straight away and worked tirelessly, lugging huge items around a small space…not something everyone can
do!

The job was to move, sort and categorise all my loft storage from one loft into another (house is split into two in the loft) which means a lot of climbing up and worn rickety loft ladders. Nothing fazes her.

Roxy took the time to categorise everything that had been dumped and stored for over a decade and all I had to do was to make some quick decisions about what to keep, junk or give to charity.  We got rid of more than I thought we would but Roxy made it easy in bitesize sessions.  She worked around my day at home.

She really thought through what needed to go where in the new loft space so that everything was sorted neatly and now my life’s history and stuff feels so much more accessible.  I no longer have that dreaded feeling of having to fight my way through a lot of junk to find something from my life. I can’t recommend her highly enough.
